Request permanent deletion of your MY LMS account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account
Choose any of the following methods to request deletion of your MY LMS account:
Contact Your Organization Admin
Ask your school or institution administrator to remove your account from the MY LMS system.
Email Us Directly
Send an email to support@shera-ai.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
Message us on +92 329 2169794 with your registered email or phone number.
What Gets Deleted
Upon confirmed deletion, the following will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and login credentials
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- App preferences and notification settings
- Device tokens and biometric authentication data (stored locally on device)
- FCM push notification tokens
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legitimate educational and legal purposes:
- Financial records: Fee payment history and transaction logs (required for auditing)
- Academic records: Attendance, exam results, grades (required by institution policies)
- Anonymized analytics: Aggregate usage data with no personal identifiers
Retained records cannot be linked back to you personally after your profile is deleted.
Deletion Timeline
- Your account is deactivated immediately upon submission of your request
- Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days
