By accessing or using MY LMS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including administrators, teachers, students, and parents.

MY LMS is a comprehensive Learning Management System for educational institutions, providing:

• Fee management and payment records

• Communication tools (SMS, push notifications)
• Timetable and schedule management
• Document management and reporting
• Multi-organization support

3. User Accounts & Roles

Account Types

• Super Admin: Full system access and organization management
• Organization Admin: Administrative access within their institution
• Teacher: Class management, attendance, and grading
• Student: Access to personal academic records
• Parent: View child's academic progress and fees
• Accountant: Fee management and financial reporting

Account Responsibilities

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Organization Terms

• Each organization must be registered by an authorized representative
• Organization data is isolated and accessible only to authorized users within that organization
• Organization admins are responsible for user management within their organization
• Organizations retain ownership of their educational data
• We provide data export tools — request export before account termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempt to access other organizations' data
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or infrastructure

6. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription plans and pricing are detailed on our website
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• A free trial period may be offered for new organizations
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

7. SMS & Communication

• The Service may send SMS notifications for fee reminders, attendance, and updates
• SMS charges are billed separately based on usage
• Organizations are responsible for obtaining consent from message recipients
• We are not liable for SMS delivery failures due to carrier issues

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its design, code, and features are owned by SheraAI Technologies
• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and data
• You grant us a limited license to process your data for service delivery
• Our trademarks and brand elements may not be used without permission

9. Disclaimers & Liability

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We are not responsible for data accuracy — organizations manage their own data
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by email
• Export your data before termination — data is deleted 30 days after termination
• We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or illegal activity

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification.
