Download the SheraAI LMS app from Play Store or App Store. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". Choose your role (Student, Teacher, Admin) and fill in your details. Verify your email address to complete registration.
SheraAI LMS is available on Android (version 6.0+) and iOS (version 12.0+) devices. We also offer a web dashboard for administrators at lms.shera-ai.com.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it within 5 minutes.
Role changes need to be done by your institution's admin. Contact your school administrator to request a role change. They can modify your role from the admin dashboard.
Yes! SheraAI LMS has full offline support. You can mark attendance, view schedules, and access downloaded content without internet. All data syncs automatically when you're back online.
Push notifications are sent for important events like fee reminders, attendance alerts, new assignments, and announcements. You can customize notification preferences in Settings > Notifications.
We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption for all data. Your information is stored on secure Firebase servers with regular backups. We never share your data with third parties.
